Help - I paid for No Advertisements, why am I still seeing Advertisements?

In order for us to know that you paid for no advertising to be displayed, you must be Signed in with the account that you paid for the upgrade.

Additionally, if you paid for the subscription on the Mobile App, that purchase does NOT apply to the website. This also applies in the event that you paid for a subscription on the website, the subscription does not apply to the Mobile App.

To check the status of your subscription for the website:

  1. If you are not already signed in, click the Sign in link on the upper right.

  2. Once signed in, click your name on the upper right, then select My Profile.

  3. Your subscription status will either show a Date that it will expire, or it will show Expired:

To check the status of your subscription for the Mobile App:

  1. Open the app, then click the three-bar icon on the upper left.

  2. Select Subscription.

  3. If you have a paid subscription, then there will be an Expire Date displayed.

  4. If you do not have a paid subscription, then "Not Purchased" will be displayed.
